OMG, this carnitas recipe is the best I ever tried, I did try others… now I will never use another, we eat so many carnitas nachos and carnitas tacos, I just made another big batch and they are in the freezer in ziplock baggies ready for when I just don’t feel like cooking after work, so, so delicious, you got to try this one

Oh my goodness, love, love, love. This recipe is great. I used boneless, skinless brests in order to save calories.
