Just made this for dinner tonight and was a winner with the whole family. The chicken Maryland turned out very delicious and moist, much more so than if I was to roast a whole chicken although I baked with steam and at a lower temperature, just giving it a blast at 220deg in the last 5-7 minutes to crisp up the skin. Delicious ☺️

This was our Sunday dinner yesterday, no left over what so ever, super tasty, thank you. I had a dream about you and Dozer last night, I bought him some sweets, think they were yellow m&m´s, I wrapped them up with a nice bow on, but then you told me he couldn´t eat chocolate, so we ate them and Dozer wasn´t happy and just ate the bow and you asked me to google if it was safe for dogs to eat them (random I know) love to you both x

These were great! I used just upper thighs and roasted them on a sheet pan together with potatoes, then brushed the potatoes with the liquids from the thighs while baking. Easy and delicious!

I am from Fla and retired here. I raised my kids Norther Virginia a few miles south of Dc and Md. Maryland fried chicken was any fried chicken covered in gravy. Funny how names of recipes change in different locales. Our Maryland fried chicken was covered in a kind of white gravy from the pan drippings . My kids and my husband preferred southern fried chicken or the baked. Planting herbs now and I will make this. Yummy
