It’s so big only the beer fits in the roasting pan, not the water. I’m guessing I should just check the liquid level doesn’t go down too much and top up with water as it’s cooking? It’s in the oven, any tips would be great!! Thank you 🙏

I have tried a few pulled pork recipes and this one is far and away the best one. I used a pork loin roast and it was so tender I didn’t need two forks to pull it apart. BBQ sauce is amazing too. Can’t wait to make it again.

Just made this but my pork was larger so it took about 16 hours – which I wasn’t planning for lol. Very good and love the homemade bbq sauce. I usually smoke my meats so this was a fun change!
