DAIRY FREE PEOPLE this comment is for you. I am dairy free, so I made this with egg instead of buttermilk and it turned out perfectly delicious. I used tenderloin chicken, and this is how I did it 1. Dip in flour/spices 2. Dip in egg 3. Dip in flour/spices 4. Fry as per recipe. I needed to add extra salt as well. My husband and I can’t believe how much it tasted like KFC. 10/10 I will definitely be making this again,

My husband wanted some “beer food,” for a “man day” and this seriously delivered. I also just had to join in, so I’m currently washing this mega burger down with a Desperado.

I had my doubts about how crunchy this was g0ing to be. How wrong was I!! And so juicy, not a dry bit of chicken to be seen. The one thing I was right about was the mess, but thats on me, I cant do any type of batter or even crumb without it going everywhere and of course clumps on my hands. But it was SO worth it!!
