This was a hearty, satisfying and easy mid week recipe when you don’t feel like fussing over dinner. Added extra veg, celery, sweet potato and red baby capsicum in halves to carrots and potatoes . I did cook the veg and gravy and seasoning together in the oven for 30mins at first and simultaneously cooked 12 beef and lamb snags in the frying pan to make things easier to serve. Made my own gravy but similar to Nagi’s and then about 15 minutes before serving, added the browned and fully cooked snags to the roasting tray for a mix, final seasoning and fresh thyme. A knockout easy recipe that knocks a punch for a quick and easy meal. Enough for dinner tmrw night now! Thanks again for your amazing recipes ❤️❤️

Made this for two ( thanks for the ability to change servings) and added about 3/4 teaspoon Dijon mustard to the gravy before putting in the oven. Yummy another must do again.
