Hubby came home with two massive bagfuls of mango! I made these last night, and Miss 6, in particular, LOVED them.

We had some issues around composition (the cream is slightly different in Fiji), so I’ll probably turn it into a crepe cake next time to guarantee my ideal crepe/mango/cream ratio in each bite!

Recently made a batch and they were fantastic. Just like at a good Yum Cha restaurant. The week after I got an urge at 10pm, used red food colouring and made a Strawberry and cream filled batch for a late night family snack. They all love Dad just a little bit more now.
